In the United States Court of Appeals recognized the State of Florida , Christopher Brooks guilty that he got behind the wheel drunk , trying to take his friend's cat to the veterinarian . On Monday , 23 September, according to the publication Miami Herald.
Brooks was arrested in October 2010 . Hillsborough County sheriff's deputy in Florida recorded the vehicle speed is 84 miles per hour , and the driver swerved across three continuous strips towards the exit of the highway overpass .
The man protested his arrest , saying that he had no other choice , because he's the only one who could take the cat a friend to the doctor.
